About Me
Mr. Hari Prakash Chand, popular in Nepal as ‘Agnipunja’, was born in Chhatreshwari Rural Municipality, Salyan district, Nepal. Mr. Chand lost his father before his birth while he was in the womb. Despite facing extraordinary challenges, serious struggles, and obstacles, he is accomplishing his academic goal and is becoming an inspiration for many youths and people around his hometown and in Nepal. Based on the support of many friends and people, Mr. Chand pursued his Diploma (Overseer) in Electrical Engineering in 2002. He accomplished his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2010 with a scholarship from ‘PRABHAV’. Then, he achieved a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy in 2016.
